Narrative:
I put a speed ring on 1 of my small transport agr biplane aircraft. I have the same speed ring on 1 of my other agr planes of same type, nx, which had proper paper work. Reason for violation on this particular airplane that I filled out a 337 in error and test flew airplane without the proper paper work and logbook entry.

Title: THIS RPTR, OWNER, PLT, MECH AND ARPT MGR, FLEW AN ACFT WITHOUT PAPER WORK BEING COMPLETE ON A MODIFICATION.
Narrative: I PUT A SPD RING ON 1 OF MY SMT AGR BIPLANE ACFT. I HAVE THE SAME SPD RING ON 1 OF MY OTHER AGR PLANES OF SAME TYPE, NX, WHICH HAD PROPER PAPER WORK. REASON FOR VIOLATION ON THIS PARTICULAR AIRPLANE THAT I FILLED OUT A 337 IN ERROR AND TEST FLEW AIRPLANE WITHOUT THE PROPER PAPER WORK AND LOGBOOK ENTRY.
