Narrative:

First officer made a normal approach and landing at bzn. WX was 1200 overcast, runway 4R, 08/06. I slowed the airplane to exit at taxiway at the end of the runway. Upon applying the brakes the braking action was nil (I believe this was caused by a wet runway, paint markings, light weight aircraft). I immediately applied reverse thrust and stopped the aircraft (past the threshold lights) on the overrun. As I turned the aircraft around it became evident I would not be able to complete the turn without hitting a threshold light. I reversed (backed up) the aircraft about 8-10 ft. I then completed the turn and taxied into the gate. I reported the slick braking situation to FSS.
