When towing small aircraft a to fuel pump, prior to parking for day, wing tip of small aircraft a clipped skin/rudder of small aircraft B. Virtually no damage to small aircraft a. Small aircraft B rudder/skin bent. Cause was misjudgement of turning radius of small aircraft a and momentum built up during tow. No intention to fly plane.
