Narrative:

While taxiing using s-turn maneuvers sighted another taildragger during run-up and collided nose to nose on a 45 degree angle. I saw the aircraft before collision and took evasive actions by turning and braking but collision was unavoidable. I was concerned with hangars and aircraft tiedown on my right which distracted attention on my left. There were no bodily injuries. Designated txwys and run-up areas could possibly reduce probability of future occurrence.
