Narrative:

I contacted FSS 1 hour before flight. WX was reported to be VFR en route, getting better along route as trip progresses. But the farther I progressed, the WX deteriorated. FSS WX was good at my first stop but the closer I got to my fuel stop I got into IFR conditions. It closed in around me. I got into clouds and started icing up. I tried flying to 2 closed airports, but couldn't see them. I declared an emergency and help to find nearest airport in VFR conditions to land.
