Narrative:

We have completed the 'a' check. I have gathered paperwork completed signoff and entered all in our computer. Walked to our plane and signed airworthiness release. Without realizing that I have missed 1 block on our 'a' check papers. I have checked that at least 3 times, and still missed 1 block. This block was to check the logbook and review the paperwork for any open discrepancies. However, the actual accomplishment of this was completed. I have realized that to ask someone to check your paperwork is a very smart and helpful idea. On my signoff my name was not legible, but my number was. Correlation is already done. Will sign slowly next time.
