Narrative:
#2 generator lost after takeoff. While completing checklist for generator, cabin altitude warning horn sounded. Cabin above 10000 ft. Began immediate descent but masks (cabin) still deployed. Returned to iah. Note: attention was given to generator failure and checklists therefore cabin pressurization problem went unnoticed.

Narrative: #2 GENERATOR LOST AFTER TKOF. WHILE COMPLETING CHKLIST FOR GENERATOR, CABIN ALT WARNING HORN SOUNDED. CABIN ABOVE 10000 FT. BEGAN IMMEDIATE DSCNT BUT MASKS (CABIN) STILL DEPLOYED. RETURNED TO IAH. NOTE: ATTN WAS GIVEN TO GENERATOR FAILURE AND CHKLISTS THEREFORE CABIN PRESSURIZATION PROB WENT UNNOTICED.
