Narrative:

I recently missed some taxi instructions. Specifically, I mistook 'hold short of runway 35R ILS' to be 'hold short of runway 35R' and I mistook 'taxi across runway 35L, hold short of the inner' to be 'taxi across runway 35L, hold short of the outer.' this caused an aircraft behind me to be unable to clear the runway and additional takeoff delays for others. With daylight savings starting that morning and an east coast layover it had been difficult to get to sleep. I planned as much as I could but was unable to get more than 5 or 6 hours. Fatigue was a contributing factor on this last leg of a 10 1/2 hour day.

Title: HOLDING SHORT OF WRONG TXWY CAUSES TAXI TFC PILEUP.

Narrative: I RECENTLY MISSED SOME TAXI INSTRUCTIONS. SPECIFICALLY, I MISTOOK 'HOLD SHORT OF RWY 35R ILS' TO BE 'HOLD SHORT OF RWY 35R' AND I MISTOOK 'TAXI ACROSS RWY 35L, HOLD SHORT OF THE INNER' TO BE 'TAXI ACROSS RWY 35L, HOLD SHORT OF THE OUTER.' THIS CAUSED AN ACFT BEHIND ME TO BE UNABLE TO CLR THE RWY AND ADDITIONAL TKOF DELAYS FOR OTHERS. WITH DAYLIGHT SAVINGS STARTING THAT MORNING AND AN E COAST LAYOVER IT HAD BEEN DIFFICULT TO GET TO SLEEP. I PLANNED AS MUCH AS I COULD BUT WAS UNABLE TO GET MORE THAN 5 OR 6 HRS. FATIGUE WAS A CONTRIBUTING FACTOR ON THIS LAST LEG OF A 10 1/2 HR DAY.
