Narrative:

While under tow, just a few ft from the gate, my aircraft was struck by a taxiing air carrier a widebody transport. The impact tore off 5 ft of my right wingtip and damaged the vertical winglet of the air carrier a widebody transport. My only observation is that you must constantly check clrncs of the wings while taxiing. Go slow if in doubt. Supplemental information from acn 238169: tow hooked to aircraft approximately 30 ft to gate. Aircraft towed to gate approximately 10 ft from gate. Aircraft received a jolt (big bump). But since he sliced through our wing indicates to me a rather fast taxi speed in a congested area.
