Narrative:

It is possible a nosewheel snubber fell off the airplane when we lowered the gear. In-flight braking was normal for departure on this flight segment but abnormal on next flight with missing snubber on maintenance carry over. If snubber was missing when I did the walk around inspection, I didn't notice it due to distrs on the ramp. A tug and baggage cart almost hit me when I was looking in the nosewheel well.
