Outbound from aruba proceeding direct to veska intersection, cleared to climb to FL310. Approximately 10 mi south of veska, climbing through FL300, received TA on TCASII. Observed traffic at FL290 proceeding sbound on A315. No evasive action required. Curacao control never advised us of traffic.
