Narrative:

Pilot and copilot walked off aircraft into jetway. Door to boarding area was locked by a security door, access only to card carrying employees. Copilot pushed emergency open door and triggered alarm, opened jetway door to boarding area, plus 4 other doors in boarding area leading to ramp. We were denied access to secure area where duties must be done. No one was available to open secure door. Once alarm was tripped authorities were notified. Airport police came and restored the system to normal and closed all doors. A written statement was requested from the captain and was submitted.

Title: FLC LOCKED IN JETWAY, OUT OF BOARDING AREA, TRIGGERS SECURITY ALARM.

Narrative: PLT AND COPLT WALKED OFF ACFT INTO JETWAY. DOOR TO BOARDING AREA WAS LOCKED BY A SECURITY DOOR, ACCESS ONLY TO CARD CARRYING EMPLOYEES. COPLT PUSHED EMER OPEN DOOR AND TRIGGERED ALARM, OPENED JETWAY DOOR TO BOARDING AREA, PLUS 4 OTHER DOORS IN BOARDING AREA LEADING TO RAMP. WE WERE DENIED ACCESS TO SECURE AREA WHERE DUTIES MUST BE DONE. NO ONE WAS AVAILABLE TO OPEN SECURE DOOR. ONCE ALARM WAS TRIPPED AUTHORITIES WERE NOTIFIED. ARPT POLICE CAME AND RESTORED THE SYS TO NORMAL AND CLOSED ALL DOORS. A WRITTEN STATEMENT WAS REQUESTED FROM THE CAPT AND WAS SUBMITTED.
