Narrative:
Taxi for takeoff from origin to runway 19. Advised tower on ground frequency twice, intention to cross runways 1 and 6 after receiving clearance to taxi to runway 19 for takeoff. No response from tower. Proceeded to cross runway 1 just as tower said to hold short of runway 19. Taxiway is right at the end of runway 19, beginning of runway 1 and the runway identify billboard says 1. So, I crossed '1.' at no time prior to this did tower make any reference to runway 1 or runway 6, nor did the billboard say 1- 19. Obviously confusion on my part?

AT NO TIME PRIOR TO THIS DID TWR MAKE ANY REF TO RWY 1 OR RWY 6, NOR DID THE BILLBOARD SAY 1- 19. OBVIOUSLY CONFUSION ON MY PART?
