Narrative:
After we raised the gear the #2 fire indicator went off. #2 engine was shut down and I flew a right downwind for 14L and landed. There were no injuries or further complications. Prior to receiving aircraft, maintenance had signed off a discrepancy in reference to the #2 fire loops and engine.

Narrative: AFTER WE RAISED THE GEAR THE #2 FIRE INDICATOR WENT OFF. #2 ENG WAS SHUT DOWN AND I FLEW A R DOWNWIND FOR 14L AND LANDED. THERE WERE NO INJURIES OR FURTHER COMPLICATIONS. PRIOR TO RECEIVING ACFT, MAINT HAD SIGNED OFF A DISCREPANCY IN REF TO THE #2 FIRE LOOPS AND ENG.
