Normal full power takeoff -- 2.04 EPR, 93 percent N1, 470 degrees C egt 92.5 percent N2 (runway 27) V1 -- 114 KTS. At 110 KTS, left EPR dropped to 1.6. Aborted takeoff, turned off on taxiway at the end of runway, called flaps up, after landing check, directed first officer to tell ground control nature of abort and no need for assistance. Informed lead flight attendant of situation, made PA to passenger, first officer called station to return to gate. Brake cooling chart showed zone ii, normal zone -- 30 min cooling. Station rerted passenger on another flight. Maintenance later discovered broken pt-2 probe tube behind engine nose bullet.
