Narrative:

ZFW (frequency 133.3) cleared us to climb to filed altitude of FL330. At 30500 ft, I requested climb to FL370 (now on ft worth frequency 135.75). Center advised it would be a few mins due to crossing traffic at FL330. I told him we were cleared to FL330. Center then cleared us to expedite through FL350 and climb to FL370. There was no apparent conflict and center did not seem overly concerned.
