Narrative:
Orlando tower switched runways as soon as winds dropped below a 10 KT tailwind component and caused all takeoffs to be made downwind, because of their noise abatement rules (lndgs too). Orville and wilbur proved that aircraft takeoff and land into the wind! Will somebody please tell orl tower before they bend some metal with their stupid, unsafe procedures. Just because a 9 KT wind is within my aircraft's certified legal limits doesn't mean I should be forced to commit an unsafe act and takeoff downwind. It happens more and more now.

Narrative: ORLANDO TWR SWITCHED RWYS AS SOON AS WINDS DROPPED BELOW A 10 KT TAILWIND COMPONENT AND CAUSED ALL TKOFS TO BE MADE DOWNWIND, BECAUSE OF THEIR NOISE ABATEMENT RULES (LNDGS TOO). ORVILLE AND WILBUR PROVED THAT ACFT TKOF AND LAND INTO THE WIND! WILL SOMEBODY PLEASE TELL ORL TWR BEFORE THEY BEND SOME METAL WITH THEIR STUPID, UNSAFE PROCS. JUST BECAUSE A 9 KT WIND IS WITHIN MY ACFT'S CERTIFIED LEGAL LIMITS DOESN'T MEAN I SHOULD BE FORCED TO COMMIT AN UNSAFE ACT AND TKOF DOWNWIND. IT HAPPENS MORE AND MORE NOW.
