#1 engine oil temperature high. Received oceanic clearance to divert, went off track 30 NM and then shut engine down. At FL220 company maintenance requested to restart #1 engine. Engine start ok, parameters ok, changed diversion airport to snn and operated remainder of flight on 2 engines.
