Narrative:

Flight from ory to phl on initial contact with shannon for oceanic clearance we gave an estimate for 46N 15W of XX56Z which was acknowledged by shannon. They issued us an oceanic clearance which was read back and acknowledged. After entering track, we received a SELCAL alert and were told the track clearance was predicated on crossing 48N 08W at XX56. We were never asked for nor gave an estimate for 48N 08W. Furthermore, we were in radar contact until 15W monitoring a VHF frequency, so if a problem existed, we were never told. Later, approaching 30W we received a SELCAL from gander radio saying no conflict had occurred.

Narrative: FLT FROM ORY TO PHL ON INITIAL CONTACT WITH SHANNON FOR OCEANIC CLRNC WE GAVE AN ESTIMATE FOR 46N 15W OF XX56Z WHICH WAS ACKNOWLEDGED BY SHANNON. THEY ISSUED US AN OCEANIC CLRNC WHICH WAS READ BACK AND ACKNOWLEDGED. AFTER ENTERING TRACK, WE RECEIVED A SELCAL ALERT AND WERE TOLD THE TRACK CLRNC WAS PREDICATED ON XING 48N 08W AT XX56. WE WERE NEVER ASKED FOR NOR GAVE AN ESTIMATE FOR 48N 08W. FURTHERMORE, WE WERE IN RADAR CONTACT UNTIL 15W MONITORING A VHF FREQ, SO IF A PROBLEM EXISTED, WE WERE NEVER TOLD. LATER, APCHING 30W WE RECEIVED A SELCAL FROM GANDER RADIO SAYING NO CONFLICT HAD OCCURRED.
