Narrative:

Left gate, 'taxi to runway 27R' given. Taxied via inner and 'C' to 27R. Construction barricades blocking various exists and taxiways. Taxied via 'C' to 'east', at approach end of runway 27R. Barricades blocked 'east' between 'C' and 'M', but not on 'C' or 'east' to runway 27R. Given clearance for 'back taxi on runway 27R, cleared for takeoff, but I see you are past C5, well, cleared for takeoff.' NOTAM indicated 'east' closed 'C' and 27R, but no physical barriers in place. No other problems encountered, but if a taxiway is closed, it should be obviously marked.
