Narrative:

I was asked by my instructor to file an IFR flight plan for a cross country IFR training flight. I used my name as pilot. On oct/sat/92, I was in a ground school IFR class and found out that I could not file the flight plan (IFR) in my name as I am not yet an IFR pilot. I filed from boi to ida, then filed from ida back to boi via pit, byi, twf, boi.
