Narrative:
Climbing out from philadelphia, cleared to 16000 ft, and climbing through 11000 ft, we got a TCASII warning and descent command. Passing through 11500 we stopped climb and descended back to 11000. TCASII command stopped and traffic passed. Resumed climb to a reassigned altitude of 12000 ft. Traffic was confirmed at 12500 ft.

Narrative: CLBING OUT FROM PHILADELPHIA, CLRED TO 16000 FT, AND CLBING THROUGH 11000 FT, WE GOT A TCASII WARNING AND DSCNT COMMAND. PASSING THROUGH 11500 WE STOPPED CLB AND DSNDED BACK TO 11000. TCASII COMMAND STOPPED AND TFC PASSED. RESUMED CLB TO A REASSIGNED ALT OF 12000 FT. TFC WAS CONFIRMED AT 12500 FT.
