Narrative:

I was PF on a quick at bna, dropped 1 passenger continue on to fty. Passenger was in cockpit (which is normal for this passenger). Talking to PNF (they're good buddies) at bna a lot of construction is going on. Night time a lot of blinking lights. Taxied to 20C, since PNF and passenger were talking I ran the checklist, talked on radios and tried to figure out where I was going. Not much help from PNF! Made it to 20C. PNF asked me if I was caught up on checklist. I said I was. We were cleared for takeoff. Due to distraction in cockpit, unfamiliar with airport, many blinking lights, and passenger talking away, I missed my turn (left) onto the runway and had to do a 270 degree turn to get back on runway. Rest of flight uneventful. Passenger and PNF never shut up. Next time I will ask the passenger to keep quiet. He never sits down in jump seat, also stands or kneels.
