Narrative:

We were picking up passenger at hsp. I loaded luggage and then went to the cockpit to preflight while copilot loaded passenger. After takeoff I found out we had 4 adults and 2 children. We only had 5 seats at that time and both children were well over 2 yrs old and even when in the laps of parents we were in a safety violation and far violation. I will personally check all passenger in the future.

Title: CORP ACFT DEPARTS WITH 6 PAX AND 5 SEAT BELTS.

Narrative: WE WERE PICKING UP PAX AT HSP. I LOADED LUGGAGE AND THEN WENT TO THE COCKPIT TO PREFLT WHILE COPLT LOADED PAX. AFTER TKOF I FOUND OUT WE HAD 4 ADULTS AND 2 CHILDREN.
