Narrative:

Flight X stl to pit on 10/X/92 landed at pit runway 28L and exited runway at C-2 held short of taxiway C facing north and contacted ground control on 121.9. Ground instructed us was to taxi straight ahead on C and contact ramp, cleared to ramp. Note: straight ahead would have been C-2 not C. We taxied straight ahead on C-2 and an aircraft was taking off on 28C which does not intersect C-2. This was my first time landing and taxiing into the new terminal at pit, and it was night. Ground issued an improper taxi clearance (wrong taxiway number) to ramp. Contributing to confusion, charts 21-0 dated 9/92 doesn't have these taxiways numbered, and in addition other taxiways are numbered incorrectly (ie, D and F are V and T respectively).
