Narrative:
It happened on the 7TH of 9 legs from buffalo to teterboro, and on a mon night (the beginning of our work week). I began the leg very early in the morning, and it was just a long leg with no one talking on the radio. It was my first time doing the run and I began to nod off and on and so I turned the heater off to keep the cold air on me but it didn't work. I was 25 out of teterboro and then the next thing I knew I was over jfk. I immediately called approach and they gave vectors to teterboro. I called my chief pilot and let him know as well as our director of operations. Obviously I was tired, but I thought I had slept in long enough the morning before.
