Narrative:

Aircraft was taxiing to runway 8L via the wide yellow line to taxiway B. Controller taxi clearance cleared us to cross 8R to 8L. While transitioning from the yellow line to taxiway bravo, publication ground said 'hold!' aircraft stopped and an small aircraft single on final to 8R went around. We either misheard the taxi clearance or ATC gave us a clearance to cross 8R when he shouldn't have. There is a lack of hold short signage at this location on the taxiway. The controllers in publication have not done this before as far as I know of.
