Narrative:
Trw's along east coast. First time in medium large transport equipped for 162 NM over water exemption. We opted to modify routing to proceed mia to lga. Via ar routing to avoid all trw's. We were advised upon arrival at lga that the exemption did not apply this route. Only carribean, central american route.
