Narrative:

After landing at sea airport, exit was from runway 34R on taxiway B3. Followed centerline lights until they changed into temporary yellow centerline, which turned sharply to left because of blue temporary lights for work being done on taxiway. The temporary yellow centerline was poorly painted and hard to see at night. Ended up running over 1 blue taxi light. Blew 3 tires during taxi in. Supplemental information from acn 222559. During rollout tower requested turn off at B3 for landing traffic. Turned off onto taxiway 'B' sbound. Taxiway 'B' has green centerline lights and no blue edge lights. At the entrance to the ramp the green lights end and there are temporary blue edge lights to the west (right), nothing but open ramp to the east (left). Taxiing south on 'B' the taxi lights (aircraft's) were off because of landing traffic on adjacent 34R. At the junction of taxiway 'B' and the main ramp, because of construction aircraft must make a left turn to avoid temporary blue lights. We became distracted and did not notice this until aircraft was almost on top of blue lights. Turned aircraft when this was noticed, but not soon enough to avoid a blue light. Felt slight bump in cockpit, but aircraft continued to roll smoothly. Later flight attendant at door 3R reported hearing loud noise. Upon parking at gate maintenance reported #3 main tire blown out and #4 and 8 had shrapnel (metal) in the tread, all requiring a change.

Title: ACR WDB ACFT RAN OVER TAXIWAY LIGHT DURING TAXI TO PARKING AND DAMAGED 3 TIRES.

Narrative: AFTER LNDG AT SEA ARPT, EXIT WAS FROM RWY 34R ON TAXIWAY B3. FOLLOWED CTRLINE LIGHTS UNTIL THEY CHANGED INTO TEMPORARY YELLOW CTRLINE, WHICH TURNED SHARPLY TO L BECAUSE OF BLUE TEMPORARY LIGHTS FOR WORK BEING DONE ON TAXIWAY. THE TEMPORARY YELLOW CTRLINE WAS POORLY PAINTED AND HARD TO SEE AT NIGHT. ENDED UP RUNNING OVER 1 BLUE TAXI LIGHT. BLEW 3 TIRES DURING TAXI IN. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 222559. DURING ROLLOUT TWR REQUESTED TURN OFF AT B3 FOR LNDG TFC. TURNED OFF ONTO TAXIWAY 'B' SBOUND. TAXIWAY 'B' HAS GREEN CTRLINE LIGHTS AND NO BLUE EDGE LIGHTS. AT THE ENTRANCE TO THE RAMP THE GREEN LIGHTS END AND THERE ARE TEMPORARY BLUE EDGE LIGHTS TO THE W (R), NOTHING BUT OPEN RAMP TO THE E (L). TAXIING S ON 'B' THE TAXI LIGHTS (ACFT'S) WERE OFF BECAUSE OF LNDG TFC ON ADJACENT 34R. AT THE JUNCTION OF TAXIWAY 'B' AND THE MAIN RAMP, BECAUSE OF CONSTRUCTION ACFT MUST MAKE A L TURN TO AVOID TEMPORARY BLUE LIGHTS. WE BECAME DISTRACTED AND DID NOT NOTICE THIS UNTIL ACFT WAS ALMOST ON TOP OF BLUE LIGHTS. TURNED ACFT WHEN THIS WAS NOTICED, BUT NOT SOON ENOUGH TO AVOID A BLUE LIGHT. FELT SLIGHT BUMP IN COCKPIT, BUT ACFT CONTINUED TO ROLL SMOOTHLY. LATER FLT ATTENDANT AT DOOR 3R RPTED HEARING LOUD NOISE. UPON PARKING AT GATE MAINT RPTED #3 MAIN TIRE BLOWN OUT AND #4 AND 8 HAD SHRAPNEL (METAL) IN THE TREAD, ALL REQUIRING A CHANGE.
