Narrative:

During 'touch-and-go' landing practice on runway 08 at lci, an cga medium large transport was observed to be holding short of the active runway. The coplts window was facing the runway final approach, my craft had done about 3 lndgs, passing in front of the medium large transport. We properly announced our activity on CTAF 123.0 MHZ each time. As we were on short final during one approach, the medium large transport taxied onto the runway with no transmission. I suspect that the medium large transport was on departure frequency. Let's face it -- some corporate prima donnas have difficulty with the uncontrolled fields and assume that the world revolves around them! I'll send a note to 'professional pilot' magazine.
