Narrative:

While following an light transport making an extremely wide pattern, I turned final about a mi behind him and heard him call back taxiing to clear active, runway 31. Was into the evening sun and I thought I saw him turn down runway 3. At about the moment of touchdown I saw the light transport stopped on the runway, facing me. I turned off at first taxiway and at no time was closer than 2000 ft horizontal. I also believe the pilot of the light transport stopped deliberately to make me go around because I comment on the radio about this improper pattern at a non controled field. Any other time, I would remain clear and land only when I was sure the runway was clear of traffic, but I honestly thought it was at this time.
