Narrative:
We were departing den-las copilot flying. We were cleared to 12000 ft. It was light turbulence with up and down drafts. Alert light went off and I checked altitude and we had slipped up to approximately, 12300-12400 ft. We descended to 12000 ft. In the meantime, RA told us to descend. There was, another plane on radar at 13000 ft. Less than 2 seconds we received clear of conflict. ATC did not say anything.
