Narrative:

Shortly after starting taxi, right main gear struck 2 taxi lights. Main tires 3, 4 and 7 flat. Stopped aircraft, ground crew surveyed damage. Towed to ramp. Tires replaced. Confused single taxiway lights with centerline taxi lights due to distance from lights to taxiway border. Pavement same with no xhatching on other side gives impression of large taxiway with centerline lights. Additional indications need along with single taxi lights. Another suggestion: control check before start of taxi.

Title: A WDB ACR HIT AND BROKE 2 TAXI LIGHTS. 3 TIRES WERE DAMAGED.

Narrative: SHORTLY AFTER STARTING TAXI, R MAIN GEAR STRUCK 2 TAXI LIGHTS. MAIN TIRES 3, 4 AND 7 FLAT. STOPPED ACFT, GND CREW SURVEYED DAMAGE. TOWED TO RAMP. TIRES REPLACED. CONFUSED SINGLE TAXIWAY LIGHTS WITH CTRLINE TAXI LIGHTS DUE TO DISTANCE FROM LIGHTS TO TAXIWAY BORDER.
