Narrative:

We were on the ILS approach to runway 9 at stewart airport, ny. I was flying and the captain was working the radios. The tower had said to report the OM. I was slightly high and fast on the approach and this may also have taken the captain's attention. He forgot to report the marker. We completed the landing checklist and subsequently landed without clearance. When the captain called to taxi to the ramp, the tower asked where we were. She then reminded us we were asked to report the OM and cleared us to taxi to the ramp.
