Narrative:

After departing anderson, in, airport VFR by tower clearance I unintentionally entered IMC conditions about 10 mins after takeoff while talking to grisholm AFB approach ATC, due to low ceilings and marginal VFR conditions. I declared an emergency to ATC and requested vectors to leave IMC. After a few mins I descended into VFR conditions and continued my flight to oshkosh, wi, direct. No near miss situations or aircraft or engine problems were encountered. Pilot misjudgement of error was the only factor along with marginal VFR conditions, I am not an IFR certified pilot.
