Cruising at 9000 ft on IFR flight plan, ceiling below was broken and ground contact was possible. Engine quit. Immediately switched tanks and engine restarted. Called madison and told them I would make a precautionary landing. They asked if I was declaring an emergency. Told her no and had an airport in sight. Cancelled IFR after descent to 4000 ft. Landed routinely. Right tank dry. FBO at lex did not fill properly. Continued to grb VFR. (Took on fuel at flight atkins.) trip to grb was uneventful.
