Narrative:

As we started the descent checklist for pia, I tested the brakes, per checklist, noticed right outer and inner brake pressure indicated a maximum of 1400 psi when brakes were pressed, (min is 1800 psi). I pressed brake a couple of times to see if air may have been trapped in hydraulic lines. Brakes would not pressurize into green arc. Complied with abnormal checklist for abnormal brake low pressure, isolated both brake system. Landing was normal, used full reverse on touchdown. Aircraft came to stop on centerline of 32R at ord. Passenger were deplaned and the aircraft towed to gate. Mechanics found captain's master cylinders leaking.
