Narrative:

While performing instruction to student pilot in touch and go lndgs at approximately pm hours, we had just made our second landing and were accelerating for takeoff when at least 3 deer crossed in front of aircraft less than 50 ft. Although deer are common on airport, no warning was given by controller of their presence. Deer on the runway at buy is a continuous hazard. No one has been able to control or correct problem. Only real solution is to finish the fencing around the airport. The deer must be removed or destroyed as soon as possible before we have accident.

Title: SMA PRACTICING TOUCH AND GOES ENCOUNTERS 3 DEER ON RWY, XING IN FRONT AT 50 FT.

Narrative: WHILE PERFORMING INSTRUCTION TO STUDENT PLT IN TOUCH AND GO LNDGS AT APPROX PM HRS, WE HAD JUST MADE OUR SECOND LNDG AND WERE ACCELERATING FOR TKOF WHEN AT LEAST 3 DEER CROSSED IN FRONT OF ACFT LESS THAN 50 FT. ALTHOUGH DEER ARE COMMON ON ARPT, NO WARNING WAS GIVEN BY CTLR OF THEIR PRESENCE. DEER ON THE RWY AT BUY IS A CONTINUOUS HAZARD. NO ONE HAS BEEN ABLE TO CTL OR CORRECT PROBLEM. ONLY REAL SOLUTION IS TO FINISH THE FENCING AROUND THE ARPT. THE DEER MUST BE REMOVED OR DESTROYED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE BEFORE WE HAVE ACCIDENT.
