Narrative:

Small aircraft X was cleared for an NDB C at wjf level at 5500 ft north of wjf. The controller B, on another sector, then cleared small aircraft Y level at 5500 ft for the NDB C approach at wjf. They were about 4 mi apart when cleared and came to about 3 mi before small aircraft Y was stopped.

Narrative: SMA X WAS CLRED FOR AN NDB C AT WJF LEVEL AT 5500 FT N OF WJF. THE CTLR B, ON ANOTHER SECTOR, THEN CLRED SMA Y LEVEL AT 5500 FT FOR THE NDB C APCH AT WJF. THEY WERE ABOUT 4 MI APART WHEN CLRED AND CAME TO ABOUT 3 MI BEFORE SMA Y WAS STOPPED.
