Narrative:

We landed on runway 13L. On rollout, the tower instructed us to make a right turn on the outer and contact the ground control after leaving the runway at echo. Upon contacting ground controller we were cleared to make a left turn at delta alpha to the ramp. But having passed that intersection we obtained clearance via bravo alpha to the ramp. Shortly after making a left turn on the ramp at bravo alpha, our right wingtip contacted the rudder of a parked aircraft. Contributing factors in this incident consisted of inadequate taxi instructions, the commercial airport diagram does not portray taxi restriction in this area, and continuing to taxi following loss of yellow line.
