Captain on flight became ill to point of incapacitation. Doctor (md) on board administered medication to ease nausea. First officer assumed command in right seat. So assisted in captain seat. Lead flight attendant assumed so seat. Requested expeditious handling due to illness of crew member, and completed an uneventful landing (first officer), and taxi (so) to the gate where paramedics administered to captain and passenger deplaned uneventfully.
