Narrative:
I was flying VFR from scottsdale to yuma. I should have flown (using dead reckoning) below the south border of r- 2307. Unfortunately, I drifted a little and I've flown parallel to the border but inside the restr MEA (for 7 NM too north). When I contacted yuma approach, they told me I was inside R-2307 while I was thinking to be well clear of this area. So they vectored me to go out of the restr area. End of the event. I'd like to say that I wasn't lost but I was only 7 NM off track! I didn't create any incident.
