Narrative:

On takeoff roll, prior to 80 KIAS, aft cargo door warning light came on. I rejected the takeoff and returned to ramp area. I had maintenance come out on ramp and cycle door open and then closed and verify that door was closed. Door warning light went out and I made the decision that there was no mechanical problem requiring action. I taxied back and made an uneventful takeoff and flight to kdca. On landing roll in kdca aft cargo door warning light came on again. On arrival at the gate I made a logbook entry including information on the rejected takeoff in kbos due to the door light. Aft cargo door light system was put on MEL as inoperative. Supplemental information from acn 210543. Due to the relative low speed the reject was uneventful. We returned to the gate and maintenance checked that the door was secure. The door light was placed on the MEL and we continued the flight.
