Narrative:

This is not the first time I have been vectoring a commuter airline equipped with TCASII, when issued traffic for a visual approach, he reported having the traffic on TCASII. The requirements are visual (must see) contact with preceding traffic before he can be cleared.

Narrative: THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME I HAVE BEEN VECTORING A COMMUTER AIRLINE EQUIPPED WITH TCASII, WHEN ISSUED TFC FOR A VISUAL APCH, HE RPTED HAVING THE TFC ON TCASII. THE REQUIREMENTS ARE VISUAL (MUST SEE) CONTACT WITH PRECEDING TFC BEFORE HE CAN BE CLRED.
