Narrative:

Rented small aircraft to student for cross country flight. Later was made aware the student did not have proper entry on medical certificate for cross country solo flight. Although his logbook was signed off and all other entries were correct and proper so far as I am aware of. Student did not follow instructions to refuel at prx, then ran out of fuel at mlc airport, overshot runway, and flipped aircraft upside down past end of runway.
