Narrative:

Landing on mdw runway 13C. No braking action reports in the previous 2 hours. Runway had been recently plowed. Upon landing, well within touchdown zone, and applying reverse, aileron, rudder, and braking, aircraft began wxvaning to the left. Neutralized reverse and tried asymmetrical reverse, but unable to stop tendency. Go around was not appropriate in existing situation. Aircraft turned 180 degrees on the runway. Aircraft did not depart the runway and maintenance inspection indicated no damage to the aircraft. Wind direction upon landing was 040 degree at 14 KTS.

Narrative: LNDG ON MDW RWY 13C. NO BRAKING ACTION RPTS IN THE PREVIOUS 2 HRS. RWY HAD BEEN RECENTLY PLOWED. UPON LNDG, WELL WITHIN TOUCHDOWN ZONE, AND APPLYING REVERSE, AILERON, RUDDER, AND BRAKING, ACFT BEGAN WXVANING TO THE L.
