Narrative:
Landed at airport not listed in company operations for an approved landing site. Overlooked by crew and company flight control office. The airport manager notified crew after landing that prior arrangements were necessary to have crash equipment available. Supplemental information from acn 205585: lack of communication between flcs and flight following. Better preflight planning needed by flcs and flight following.

Title: ACR CHARTER FLT DISPATCHED TO A NON PART 121 ARPT.
Narrative: LANDED AT ARPT NOT LISTED IN COMPANY OPS FOR AN APPROVED LNDG SITE. OVERLOOKED BY CREW AND COMPANY FLT CTL OFFICE. THE ARPT MGR NOTIFIED CREW AFTER LNDG THAT PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS WERE NECESSARY TO HAVE CRASH EQUIP AVAILABLE. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 205585: LACK OF COM BTWN FLCS AND FLT FOLLOWING. BETTER PREFLT PLANNING NEEDED BY FLCS AND FLT FOLLOWING.
