Narrative:

On 3 day trip, captain continuously flew 5 mi final below the VASI at every airport we went to. We had an aircraft with inoperative flaps. We should have crossed the threshold at approximately. 124 KTS. Captain flew a 4 mi final, in the dark, below the VASI (all red) and crossed the threshold at 160 KTS. We used over 2/3 of runway 29 (10,501 ft length) and were into the amber runway lights by the time we got stopped.
