Narrative:
We were cleared to 4000 ft and were level when we received a 'TA' followed by a RA to climb. We did climb until we received a 'clear of traffic.' we were in the clouds and never saw the traffic.

Narrative: WE WERE CLRED TO 4000 FT AND WERE LEVEL WHEN WE RECEIVED A 'TA' FOLLOWED BY A RA TO CLB. WE DID CLB UNTIL WE RECEIVED A 'CLR OF TFC.' WE WERE IN THE CLOUDS AND NEVER SAW THE TFC.
