Narrative:

We were given multiple speed reductions and turns to assign for the approach. Following an large transport we were at min spacing. The airliner did not exit the runway by the time we were on short approach and the tower control issued a go around command to us. We went around and made an uneventful landing on 36L, while also observing another airliner being issued a go around on short approach to 36R. After landing and exiting runway 36L, I contacted ground control and informed the controller of my position and intentions to proceed to the FBO on the field. I also told the controller I would need a progressive taxi assistance, as this was the first time I've landed at mem. The ground controller issued instructions to make a left turn on a taxiway to intersect taxiway hh and proceeded east to taxiway J and proceed northbound. Upon reaching the intersection of these two taxiways I observed an airliner holding in position for takeoff on 36R. Immediately stopped as taxiway J crosses 36R northbound. I verified the routing issued by the ground controller and he indicated I was following correct route. As I proceeded I found myself on active runway 36R and immediately exited runway onto taxiway cc northbound. At this point I was instructed to proceed north on taxiways cc to FBO. Upon arriving at FBO, I was told the tower chief desired to talk with me. In our conversation I fully explained the incident in detail including all instructions given, and actions taken by me. The chief informed me he would not pursue the incident further as no aircraft were actually moving during the incursion.

Title: CORP ACFT PLT CONFUSED AFTER LNDG EVEN WITH PROGRESSIVE TAXI INSTRUCTIONS. CROSSED ACTIVE RWY.

Narrative: WE WERE GIVEN MULTIPLE SPD REDUCTIONS AND TURNS TO ASSIGN FOR THE APCH. FOLLOWING AN LGT WE WERE AT MIN SPACING. THE AIRLINER DID NOT EXIT THE RWY BY THE TIME WE WERE ON SHORT APCH AND THE TWR CTL ISSUED A GAR COMMAND TO US. WE WENT AROUND AND MADE AN UNEVENTFUL LNDG ON 36L, WHILE ALSO OBSERVING ANOTHER AIRLINER BEING ISSUED A GAR ON SHORT APCH TO 36R. AFTER LNDG AND EXITING RWY 36L, I CONTACTED GND CTL AND INFORMED THE CTLR OF MY POS AND INTENTIONS TO PROCEED TO THE FBO ON THE FIELD. I ALSO TOLD THE CTLR I WOULD NEED A PROGRESSIVE TAXI ASSISTANCE, AS THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME I'VE LANDED AT MEM. THE GND CTLR ISSUED INSTRUCTIONS TO MAKE A L TURN ON A TAXIWAY TO INTERSECT TAXIWAY HH AND PROCEEDED E TO TAXIWAY J AND PROCEED NBOUND. UPON REACHING THE INTXN OF THESE TWO TAXIWAYS I OBSERVED AN AIRLINER HOLDING IN POS FOR TKOF ON 36R. IMMEDIATELY STOPPED AS TAXIWAY J CROSSES 36R NBOUND. I VERIFIED THE ROUTING ISSUED BY THE GND CTLR AND HE INDICATED I WAS FOLLOWING CORRECT RTE. AS I PROCEEDED I FOUND MYSELF ON ACTIVE RWY 36R AND IMMEDIATELY EXITED RWY ONTO TAXIWAY CC NBOUND. AT THIS POINT I WAS INSTRUCTED TO PROCEED N ON TAXIWAYS CC TO FBO. UPON ARRIVING AT FBO, I WAS TOLD THE TWR CHIEF DESIRED TO TALK WITH ME. IN OUR CONVERSATION I FULLY EXPLAINED THE INCIDENT IN DETAIL INCLUDING ALL INSTRUCTIONS GIVEN, AND ACTIONS TAKEN BY ME. THE CHIEF INFORMED ME HE WOULD NOT PURSUE THE INCIDENT FURTHER AS NO ACFT WERE ACTUALLY MOVING DURING THE INCURSION.
